  Absolutely terrible. Two guys working, one was at front helping the customers, and answering phones. While the other was sitting in the back staring off in to space. Me and my husband were there for about 30 minuets and i could the guy in the back staring at me multiple times. They had no cars available even for the people who had made a reservation weeks ago. made people wait for the Deridder office to bring them a car or made the people drive there. Dont go here. Go to the Deridder office.
